Robert Poon

Robert Poon Headshot

While working with REDI-NET, Robert Poon was a first-year PhD student at the University of Notre Dame. He pursued BSs in International Business Management and Biotechnology from Utah Valley University. Prior to beginning his PhD, he worked in both academia and industry studies on the effectiveness of established and innovative cardiometabolic health interventions by implementing clinical trials in humans and mouse models. Robert was interested in metabolism, aging, nutrition, autophagy, and metabolic research to further understand general health.  During his time working with REDI-NET, Robert contributed to publish the Standard Operating Procedures on Protocols.io.
