Maureen is a wildlife veterinarian and the in-country field lead for the REDINET project in Kenya. Through this project she hopes to expand her knowledge and skills on disease dynamics in host rich landscapes through the pursuit of graduate studies, with an aim to contribute to wildlife conservation management while maintaining a balance in land use demands, in a sustainable manner on health, social, environmental, and economic fronts- the One Health concept, at the human-wildlife-livestock interface in Laikipia Kenya.
