Sr. Laboratory Manager

Anne Fraser is the Sr. Laboratory Manager at the Naval Health Research Laboratory – Operational Infectious Diseases (NHRC – OID) Directorate. Anne is an ASCP-certified Medical Laboratory Scientist and CA-certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist with 15 years of laboratory testing and operational management experience. In this role, Anne oversees operations in OID’s CLIP- and CAP-accredited laboratory, which performs biosurveillance, clinical trial, and diagnostic testing in support of the Navy mission.

Anne received her Bachelor of Science degree from CSU Sacramento and completed her post-grad clinical laboratory scientist training at San Jose State University. Prior to joining the team at NHRC - OID, Anne worked extensively in the commercial molecular diagnostic biotechnology sector.
