Kara Linder

Undergraduate and Graduate Research Assistant

Kara Linder

Kara Linder graduated with the class of 2024 at the University of Notre Dame majoring in Environmental Sciences and minoring in Anthropology. She was a member of the Achee-Grieco laboratory from Fall 2021 until she began her studies at Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2024. Her research included tick identification and bringing new, non-human vertebrate testing into the REDI-NET program. She had previous experience working on mosquito identification for the Museum of Biodiversity at Notre Dame and in the Tank laboratory focusing on agricultural stream run-off.
