As REDI-NET expanded from past phases, new sample types have been integrated into surveillance processes. Consortium members developed a new set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for flying vectors (mosquitoes, flies and midges) including field collection, processing, testing, storage and shipping. This newly developed batch of SOPs are publicly available for viewing on the REDI-NET Protocols.io workspace - an open-access repository of step-by-step, detailed protocols and methods for researchers across multiple disciplines.
