The 2024 Annual meeting for the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (ASTMH) will be held 13- 17 November in New Orleans, Louisiana. The REDI-NET consortium will have three members attending this year:
Dr. Hsiao-Mei Liao, from the Naval Medical Research Command, is presenting her study on "Filtration and nanopore metagenomic seqencing workflow for comprehensive pathogen surveillance in diverse water sources", at Poster Session B, Friday, November 15, noon - 1:45 PM CST.
Dr. Michael von Fricken, from the University of Florida, will present "Development and Assessment of Novel Tick Field Trapping Strategies", at Poster Session A, Thursday, November 14, noon - 1:45 PM CST.
Ms. Michele Adams, from the University of Notre Dame, poster is titled "Detection of potential zoonotic pathogens from bat blood samples collected in Belize, Central America" and will present at Poster Session C, Saturday, November 16, 11 - 12:45 PM CST.
