Tatyana Belinskaya

Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) Research Associate

Mrs. Belinskaya joined the Viral and Rickettsial Diseases Department at Naval Medical Research Center in April 2011.  She is a research associate in the Rickettsia group.  She is experienced in expression and purification for protein antigens for human serum serological surveillance for various rickettsial diseases around the world.  She also worked on assay development for rickettsia disease diagnosis. Prior to joining NMRC, she was the research associate at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. During the time at WRAIR she was part of the group with research focused on potential catalytic bioscavengers for organophosphorus (OP) nerve agents.
